If you are a new guest, please complete my appointment request either for color or extensions. Then I will follow up with you once I know what you are looking to do. My appointments are usually booked in advance 4+ weeks, so the availability I have will be after that time. If you are not sure you can wait that long, I have great recommendations for okc salons as well!

If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, we might have to reschedule for a different time. I do not like to rush when I am with my guests and not having enough time could feel rushed. Your deposit will not be transferred if you are too late.

I require a deposit for booking per my cancellation policy. All cards used online are kept safe and secure through my online booking site, Vagaro. Your card is not available to me, but only the last four digits.

A 50% deposit is required to book. It is non-refundable , but could be transferred once a year if:

You contact me 48+ hours before your appt.

Your appointment was ABLE to be filled by a service equal to or greater than your service cost.

I have contacted you to move the appointment.

Your deposit will NOT be transferred if:

You contact me between 0- 48 hours of your appt.

Your appointment was UNABLE to be filled by a service equal to or greater than your service cost.

You no show/no call your appointment.

You are more than 15 minutes late and we need to move your appointment time because of that.

If the deposit is not transferred you will need to make a new deposit when re-booking your appointment.

No Shows will not be able to book again. This cancellation policy is listed on my booking page as well and requires to be checked for booking.

All of my education is listed under the MEET ASH tab and by clicking on the words: MY EDUCATION towards the bottom of the page. All of my certifications are listed there as well. I believe that stylists are as good as their knowledge and I love learning, so you will find my list quite robust.

I am not taking haircut only appointments at this time. I will take them occasionally if you are already a client who gets color or extensions.

I am certified by Bellami Pro and Hot Heads in sew in machine and hand tied wefts and tape ins. More about my extensions process can be found by clicking on the blonde extensions picture at the top of this page or at ashrenee.com/extensions .

All of my current appointment times are listed online at my booking site by clicking on the existing guests click here tab at the top any of my pages. Most of my appointment availability is consistently booked six weeks out.

I am using a Sony a6000 with a 35mm lens.

My guests have an adjustment period of 7 days after their appointment that they can have their color adjusted without additional cost. An adjustment might be:

To change the tone by doing another gloss.

To root shadow the money piece or brightness around the face to make it blend more.

The bangs need to be brought up more or shortened.

Their extension end is bothering them or not laying how they want and it needs to be resewn.

IF that is the case, please contact me to adjust your color or install.

Please only bring children who are receiving a service in the salon during your time- With the exception of young babies who cannot be without their mothers for long periods.
